Strait Construction Ltd. - HASTINGS HOUSE

Hastings House, Salt Spring Island's exclusive Bed-and-Breakfast contracted Strait Construction to build its new units in 2000.

Each of the new suites has an expansive view of Ganges Harbour from the bedroom, living room and private covered balcony.

The many special construction features include:

  • Rough-hewn board and batten cedar siding and shake roofs blend into the existing foliage

  • Impressive moss-covered rock formations form the focal point of the landscaped area.

  • Walk-in showers with double heads, heated tile floors
